These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when using CrashCraft, including our Minecraft server, website, Discord server, store, and related services.
By connecting to CrashCraft or using any CrashCraft service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and CrashCraft. They apply whenever you access or use our Minecraft server, website, Discord server, online store, forums, or any other service operated by CrashCraft.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using our services.
You must be legally permitted to use our services. If you are under the age required to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases and activity performed through accounts used by minors under their supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft, website, Discord, and related accounts.
CrashCraft is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing, weak passwords, compromised third-party accounts, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
You must use CrashCraft respectfully, lawfully, and without interfering with the experience of other community members.
All users must follow the current CrashCraft server, Discord, and community rules. These rules form part of these Terms and may be updated as the community develops.
Not every possible situation can be listed. Staff may act against behaviour that is clearly harmful, disruptive, deceptive, abusive, or unfair, even when that specific behaviour is not named word for word in the rules.
CrashCraft may offer ranks, crate keys, cosmetics, virtual currency, bundles, subscriptions, or other digital products. Prices and product descriptions are displayed before checkout.
Purchases do not grant ownership of CrashCraft, its software, or any underlying server content.
Because store products are digital and may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally considered final once the product has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered when required by applicable law or when a verified technical error prevents delivery. Contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions or suspension of associated Minecraft, website, Discord, and store accounts.
Virtual items and benefits have no real-world cash value unless expressly required by law. They are licensed for use within CrashCraft and are not sold as permanent personal property.
Virtual items, ranks, balances, rewards, features, and gameplay systems may be modified, replaced, reset, rebalanced, or removed when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, gameplay balance, legal compliance, or server development.
CrashCraft staff may investigate suspected rule violations and apply warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, account restrictions, content removal, inventory adjustments, or other reasonable actions.
Punishments may be based on chat records, server logs, gameplay activity, user reports, screenshots, recordings, linked accounts, and other relevant information.
Staff decisions may be appealed through the official appeal process. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be changed or removed.
CrashCraft services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific uptime, permanent worlds, permanent game modes, or error-free operation.
Services may be temporarily or permanently modified, suspended, restarted, rolled back, reset, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, legal, financial, or operational reasons.
CrashCraft branding, artwork, custom website content, written materials, configurations, custom code, server systems, and original assets are owned by or licensed to CrashCraft.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, impersonate, or commercially exploit CrashCraft content without prior written permission.
CrashCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
CrashCraft may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Minecraft, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, voting websites, analytics services, and content delivery services.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CrashCraft is not responsible for interruptions, decisions, content, security incidents, or actions controlled by those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrashCraft and its owners, administrators, developers, staff members, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
This includes losses involving accounts, data, virtual items, gameplay progress, expected rewards, purchases, reputation, or access caused by outages, user conduct, unauthorized access, third-party services, technical failures, or enforcement actions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
CrashCraft may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, community rules, payment practices, security measures, or legal obligations.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of CrashCraft after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using CrashCraft at any time. CrashCraft may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, violates community rules, creates security or legal risks, abuses payment systems, or significantly disrupts the community.
Account suspension or termination may result in the loss of access to virtual items, ranks, balances, rewards, purchases, website features, and community services.
Questions about these Terms, purchases, punishments, account access, or CrashCraft services should be submitted through our official support system.
